Property owners benefit from advice and recommendations based on years of experience in the industry. Like other rehabilitation companies, we have experience in exterior painting, wood-rot replacement and balcony repairs. Yet our expertise extends to all aspects of your project,including: interior design, amenities improvements and clubhouse design.

Strong Contractor and Vendor Relationships
Over the last 25 years, our volume of work has helped establish strong relationships with contractors and vendors. These relationships allow us to negotiate extremely competitive pricing on contractor bids and also with vendors for appliances, flooring, fixtures and other hardware. These savings are passed directly to our clients.

Single Point of Contact
We assign each project a dedicated Project Manager who will act as your advocate and provide a single point of contact for the entire project. With our comprehensive approach, you won’t need to find and manage separate vendors or contractors for portions of your project.

Sensitive to Tenants
With a background in property management, we have an intimate knowledge of the business and operational challenges that arise during the construction process. We work to minimize the disruption of tenants living at your property during a rehabilitation, allowing your property manager to focus on what they do best – leasing and day-to-day maintenance.
